Outdoor Wildflower Flower Box Stand

I am an interior designer and work with many clients who pay close attention to quality and detail. I truly love your products because they are unique, elegant, and beautifully designed.
Unfortunately, the flower box I received arrived damaged. However, I want to sincerely thank your customer service team for being so helpful and professional in handling the situation. In today's world, it is not always easy to find a company that provides such a positive and responsive customer service experience.
I would like to offer one suggestion to the manufacturer: please inspect the products more carefully before they leave the facility. The surface of my flower box had quite a few sharp and rough edges that should have been smoothed out. I believe a more thorough quality-control inspection could easily catch and correct this type of issue before the product is shipped.
I also understand that the flower box is very heavy, and it is possible that the shipping box may have been dropped or handled roughly during transportation, which could have contributed to some of the damage.
If the surface had been smoother and free of the sharp edges, I would have been happy to give the product five stars. Despite this issue, I really like the design and quality of the product overall, and I will definitely recommend your products to my clients and family members.
